It's so hard to formulate words to describe how amazingly awesome and addicting this series is... I thought the first book was great and couldn't be beat but hot damn the second one is even better! Sarah and Matt have been through hell and back and come out on top. This books was a roller coaster of emotions. With every page turn you are right there with the characters seeing and feeling what they are going through. Diemme you are amazing! I can't rave enough about this series. Sarah's last relationship ended badly. Even though Sarah has moved on and is with Matt now, her ex-boyfriend won't stop harassing her. Sarah and Matt have a lot of pressure that they are dealing with. In addition to the annoying ex, they are also navigating the usual new relationship woes and insecurities. Plus, Matt is famous, which makes spending time together in public tricky.
I loved the first book in this series, and thought this one was great as well. This would stand alone decently, but I think I enjoyed it more knowing most of characters from the previous book. I would give this book four stars. I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

So what could possibly be standing in the way of their seemingly perfect duet? Oh nothing...Just someone in Sarah’s life that’s not willing to let her go easily.
I thoroughly enjoyed Strumming Me. The plot flowed well, was interesting, and the sex was super hawt! I mean, like pyrotechnics hot. I eagerly await the encore. Maybe Ian’s & Nell’s story’ll be next?!? EEK!

This is the first book I’ve read in the series and though there were references to book 1 I think it’s fine as a standalone. This is one of those books that sucks you in from the first page and you won’t want to put it down without finding out what happens next.
Matt Lewis plays the guitar for Blacking Out and up until the moment he meets Sarah he’s known for being playboy. Sarah is just coming out of a bad relationship and she’s keeping this from her friends and family believing that she’s weak and not wanting them to know. There is definitely a lot of drama in this book with marriages and people falling in love left and right. I really enjoyed that though this is definitely Matt and Sarah’s story we also get Jace and Ali’s story as well, kind of a two-for-one.
I wasn’t the biggest fan of Sarah’s character, especially at first, she was just so wishy-washy. Her and Matt’s relationship changes her though and I really loved the way the author wrote this. It’s a great book and I look forward to reading more from this author.

Matt is a guitarist for the band Blacking Out, and well, he’s a total ladies man. Something he’s come accustomed to, given his job. But when he sees Sarah, he knows there’s something about her he wants to get to know. Neither can deny the attraction they feel for one another, but Sarah is apprehensive to be in another relationship. And just when things start to look up for these two, darkness creeps back into her life. Can these two overcome her past together?
I fell in love with this book the minute I started reading it. I loved Sarah and Matt’s story, it’s well told and sometimes emotional! You feel for the characters and what they go through. There’s not enough words for me to tell you how great this book is.

Strumming Me by Diemme Black was a first time read for me, I really enjoyed the story line and did not know what to expect when I started reading strumming me. I was addicted to the story right away because I was desperate to find out what happened next. The author did a great job with the characters. The plot, the narrative and the dialogues all flow at a nice pace from beginning to end.
